I got tagged to post 5 things about Devri. I love this tag because I love Devri, she is such a blessing in my life. She is perfect to me & brings so much joy into our home. I am happy to share more about her life.
1- Watch out Rachel Ray! Devri LOVES to cook! The food network is one of her favorite channels. She will look through a recipe book or cooking magazine for an hour. She wants to make cookies every day. She always helps me in the kitchen. I have recently started letting her crack the eggs into the bowl all by herself & she is so careful to not get any egg shells in. I think she is going to be quite the cook!
2- Can you say PRINCESS? Devri loves anything princess. She has all the princess dresses & plays dress up every day. She won't wear pants anymore, she says "I hate clothes, I only like dresses!" (Because princesses don't wear pants.) I am no longer "mom", I am now "Jazel" (from enchanted) & if Devri needs something she is sure to ask "Jazel, can I.....?"
3- Belly Button Girl! Devri found her belly button on her 1st birthday & hasn't let go ever since! It used to be an innie, but she has managed to pull it to an outie. She especially hangs on if she is sad or upset, or if she is drinking anything. Her Grandpa Pearson says she is plugging the hole so nothing spills out.
4- Mommy's Girl! I hate to brag too much, but Devri really really loves me. A lot. Sometimes it's hard when she wants me to hold her all the time or when she's hanging all over me, but it's totally worth it when she kisses my face off & says "I love you mommy" (or now "I love you Jazel")
5- Big Sister! Devri is soooo very excited to be a big sister, & she is going to be a great one. She is very motherly & caring. She already talks to my stomach & tells the baby all about what's going on & that she loves the baby. She gets so worried when she sits on my lap or if I lay on my stomach that we are "squishing the baby". She is very careful & gentle around me now so the baby won't get hurt. She is a wonderful helper & I can't wait for her to meet our new baby.

Loved learning about Devri. Lacee said to ask you about this. Do you know of anyone close around that teaches swim lessons?
That is such a cute post. I loved reading it and finding out more about Devri. She is so cute. I totally understand the princess thing...I have 2 that think they are princesses.
She sounds super sweet. If she continues to like cooking that could be extremely helpful in the future. I hate cooking always have so I doubt it will ever change. Maybe one of my girls will like it. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

First can a say Super Model! That picture is so super cute! I thought this post was so cute! Devri is such a cute little girl! That is super funny about the Jazel thing!
Saw Haley at the park today and found out that tomorrow is the big day... I'll be checking back to see if Pink or Blue is in your future!!!! I have a bellybotton phobia so it made me cringe and laugh to read about Devri's.
So where is the new post? even though i know the baby is a ---- I thought for sure you would have it posted by now?!?!?!?!?
