After driving down to Utah County about 5 times & spending the entire day each time looking for houses, we finally found one. It's in Saratoga Springs, just above Utah Lake. It has AMAZING views of the lake from almost every window in the house! It was a short sale, bank owned, the builder went bankrupt I guess & the house has never been lived in. I'm so excited! Finally we have our first house, it only took us 7 years to get! Our deadline to close is May 27th, so just a few weeks & we will be heading south. Here are a few pictures we took while we were looking at the house......
